Description
This is a house located at 81 Corve Street in Ludlow, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a Welsh slate roof, which has a steeper pitch at the rear. The house has brick end stacks, with 20th-century work on the left stack and 19th-century work on the right.
The building is symmetrical and stands three stories tall with a three-window range, featuring 6/6 sash windows and a storey band, along with 3/6 sash windows. The central entrance has a 20th-century, six-panel door with a moulded case, which is set beneath a moulded flat hood and is flanked by 6/6 sash windows. The left gable has storey bands that continue along its length.
At the rear, there is a two-storey wing with brick stacks and a large 19th-century outbuilding.
