Description

This is an early 19th-century house on Broad Street, Leominster. The exterior is colour-washed brick with a steep, composite tile roof, stone-coped gable parapets, and a brick stack to the rear. The three-story front facade has a three-window arrangement. The first and second floors have 2/2 sash windows with segmental arches. A stone-coped parapet runs along the top. The central left entrance has a half-glazed panelled door sheltered by a modillioned open-pediment wood hood supported by pilasters. To the left of the main entrance is another half-glazed panelled door beneath a timber lintel. There are two 2/2 sash windows to the right. The rear of the house features a parallel range with a corrugated-iron roof and weatherboarding over earlier 18th-century brickwork. This section includes an 8/8 sash window and a fixed light set within a broad case. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
