Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on Broad Street in Leominster. The house is constructed of brick with a plain tile roof and a brick end stack. It is three storeys high, with a cellar, and has a single window on each level. The windows are 8/8 sashes, some within a moulded case under a gauged brick flat arch, and others with a 3-light casement under a timber lintel. Brick modillion eaves are present. The entrance is on the left-hand side, featuring a part-glazed panelled door and blocked overlight within a simple 20th-century architrave, along with an 8/8 sash above an ashlar plinth. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
