Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the south side of Upper Linney in Ludlow. The house is built of brick with a plain tiled gable roof and a common brick stack to the left. It is three storeys high, and features a single-window front. The window is a two-light mullion design, with a metal casement set within a pegged oak frame and a cambered head, all beneath a segmental arch. A similar casement is above. The right side of the house has a 19th-century part-glazed panelled door set within panelled reveals, topped with a simple flat hood resting on pilasters. To the left of the door is a late 19th-century sash window with two panes, within a restored frame, and a cambered, grooved stucco lintel with a keyblock. The interior contains exposed ceiling beams. The building is included on the list for its group value.
