Description

This is a house located at 15 Welch Gate, built in the late 18th century, with some alterations from the mid-19th century and early 20th century. The structure is made of brick and has a tile roof, featuring a rear stack. It stands two storeys high with an attic that is illuminated by two gabled dormers. The front has two windows, which are 3-light casements from the 20th century, set under segmental heads. On the ground floor, there is a plate glass sash window to the left under a segmental head, and to the right, a boxed sash window with tripartite glazing beneath a timber lintel. The entrance is slightly to the right of centre and features a plastered architrave with a 20th-century panelled door.
