Description

This is a house, likely dating from the early 18th century, with later alterations from the mid-19th century and the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick and has a machine tile roof, with rear stacks. The house is two storeys high and has a boxed eave detail, featuring four windows on the front elevation. These windows are boxed glazing bar sashes. The ground floor has three windows, with an entrance positioned to the right of centre. To the left are two 3-light casements, the one furthest left having a segmental head. The right-hand window is a boxed glazing bar sash. Above the entrance is a wooden architrave with a 2-pane overlight, topped by a flat wooden canopy supported by scroll brackets. The entrance door is a 6-panel door, dating from the 20th century.
