Description

No 2 Severn Side South is a house that has been converted into a shop and flat. It dates from the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the mid-19th century and a few in the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick and has a tiled roof with a gable end stack. It stands three storeys high and features a dentilled brick cornice.

The front has three windows: on the first floor, there are two 16-pane sash windows beneath a rubbed brick head with a stone sill, and a central window that is blind; the second floor has 12-pane sash windows with a blind central window; on the ground floor, there is a shop front consisting of three large panels beneath a plain rectangular sign board, with a recessed entrance located on the left-hand side.
