Description

These are three houses dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the late 20th century. They are built of brick in an English garden wall bond pattern, with a tile roof and ridge stacks. The houses have two storeys and an attic, which is lit by three gabled dormers with a dog tooth cornice. They have three windows across the front. The windows are timber cross-windows with basket arches. On the ground floor, there is a roughly central three-light casement window under a timber lintel. To the right of this is a two-light fixed casement window also with a timber lintel. The entrance to number 10 is approached by two stone steps with a wooden architrave and a 20th-century ledged and boarded door. To the right-hand corner is an entrance to a passageway, labelled Court no 3, which is at the rear and not included in the listing. This entrance has a 20th-century ledged and boarded door. To the left of centre is the entrance to number 11, featuring a wooden architrave and a four-panel door, the upper two panels glazed. To the left of this is a canted bay window with a moulded cornice. Finally, to the left-hand corner is the entrance to number 12, with a pilastered doorcase, a narrow overlight, and a five-panel door.
