Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house on Broad Street, Leominster. The ground floor is stuccoed while the upper levels are roughcast. It has a shallow-pitched Welsh slate roof and a central brick ridge stack. The house is three storeys high with a two-window front. The first and second floors contain 6/6 sash windows set within broad, moulded frames. To the left, a four-panelled double door is contained within a beaded frame, together with a contemporary half-glazed door and overlight in a matching frame. To the right are two 6/1 sash windows in broad cases. The interior has not been inspected.
