Description

This is an earlier 19th-century house located on Etnam Street in Leominster. It is a three-story building with a cellar, arranged with a three-window front. The house is constructed of brick, with a Welsh slate roof and brick end stacks, including a stack at the rear. The windows are predominantly 2/2 sash windows, with grooved stucco lintels on the first and second floors. A moulded brick cornice runs along the eaves. The central entrance features a six-fielded-panel door with a plain overlight, set under an entablature with a segmental pediment and flanked by 2/2 sash windows, all with grooved stucco lintels. To the right is a four-moulded-panel door with a plain fanlight, standing beneath a semicircular gauged brick arch. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
