It is constructed of reddish-brown brick, which is painted on the left side, and features a painted stucco front facade topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and includes two first-floor windows, along with a two-storey extension at the rear.
On the first floor, there are 6/6 sash windows with plain reveals, sills, and flat rusticated arches that have a central keystone. The ground floor has steps leading to a central entrance, which consists of a part-glazed, six-panel door surrounded by panelled reveals and a tooled surround with a frieze and cornice. Flanking the entrance are two canted bays, each containing three 1/1 sash windows. The house features tall end stacks with cornices and a stack at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
