Farmhouse. C16 or earlier, with later additions and alterations. Roughcast timber framed, with projecting ground floor brick addition to left. Concrete tile roof, and shallow tile roof extending across entire ground floor. Brick stack, with upper part of old thin bricks, and four C20 octagonal shafts, between front range and rear wing. Complex L-plan. 2 storeys, 2-window range. C16 or earlier 4-plank studded door with decorative hinges in heavy wood surround with simple broad moulding, flanked by 2 windows, inside mid C20 big glazed porch. Cross windows with additional glazing bar to 1st floor, mid C20 casements to ground floor. Left side of late C18/early C19 red brick. Brick flat arch to ground floor window, segmental arch to 1st floor. C17/C18 rear wing has 2-panelled door with strap hinges in moulded surround. Irregular fenestration. Low single storey timber framed addition on right of main block. Interior not inspected, but some close studding, and heavy ceiling beam to 1st floor.
