House. C17 with late C20 addition. Timber-frame with plaster infill, part to right plastered; steeply pitched half-hipped thatched roof with brick end stack extended to front. Single-unit plan.

EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic. Window to ground floor has three-light C20 small-paned casement and similar two-light casement to eyebrow dormer. Timber-framing has thin scantlings, storey-height panels and tension brace. Left return has C20 single-storey additions. Right return has large external stack with smaller shaft to left and small light to front elevation; C20 porch joins cottage with larger late C20 addition to right.

INTERIOR: not inspected.
