House. C17 with later alterations. Timber-frame with plastered infill on plastered rubble plinth; thatch roof, half-hipped to end, with brick stack to rear of ridge. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Entrance to right of centre has C20 battened door. Windows have 3-light C20 casements. Square framing with one brace to wall plate. Stack has 2 shafts. Right return attached to Box Tree Cottage (qv). INTERIOR: not inspected.
