GV II

House. C18 with mid C19 addition to left. Roughcast, on rubble plinth to right; slate roof, upper part to right laid in diminishing courses; brick end stacks. L-plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2- plus 2-window range, later range to left taller, timber cornice to right. Entrance to left of centre has canopy over small-paned half-glazed door; window to right has 3-light small-paned casement with iron opening casement; similar window above has square window; 3/6 sash to left. Addition has 8/8 horned sashes to both floors. Right return has 2 casement windows and small porch with altered door to front, adjoining Green Bank (qv). Rear has gabled wing. INTERIOR: not inspected.
