Description
This is a house located at 114 Corve Street in Ludlow, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of brick with a plain-tile roof and features brick end stacks. The building has a T-plan layout and consists of two sections, rising three storeys high. The front has a three-window arrangement with 2/2 sash windows under gauged brick lintels, except for the second storey, which has a wood bracketed eaves cornice. The central entrance features a wood doorcase with a bracketed hood, a six-panel door, and a Gothick ornamental overlight. The side windows include 6/6 and 2/2 sashes, while the rear has sashes with margin lights on the left and 8/8 sashes on the central projecting wing. There is a 20th-century addition on the right side. Inside, the house is noted for having a spine beam and a fireplace from around 1800.
