Description
No. 30 Corve Street is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof and features brick end stacks. The building stands three stories tall with an attic and has a five-window range. The windows include 6/6 sashes with painted reveals and stone sills, all set under gauged brick flat arches, along with a storey band and additional 4/4 sashes. The parapet is topped with stone coping, and there is a dormer window. The central entrance consists of a six-panel oak door with an overlight, framed in a plain wood case that includes a pediment hood supported by consoles and pilasters, and is flanked by 6/6 sash windows with a storey band above. The gables also feature stone coping, and there is a firemark present on the building.
