Office and dwelling. Early C19. Painted brick with Welsh slate roof and brick end stack. 3-storeys; single-window range of canted oriel window with 2/2: 8/8: 2/2: unhorned sashes and 4/4 sashes over. Ground floor has C19 shopfront with 6-panelled and decorative fanlight door to right, set in panelled reveals. Bracketed cornice overall supported by half columns.
