Description

No. 113 King Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It was built in 1763 and has had some alterations in the 19th century. The building is made of brick and has a Welsh slate roof. It stands three storeys high and features a two-window range. The central entrance has a simply moulded doorcase with an overlight, which is set within a later latticed porch. To the left of the entrance, there is a small shop window, and to the right, a 12-pane sash window with a cambered brick head. The upper storey has similar windows. The building has overhanging eaves and an end wall stack. The interior has not been inspected.
