Description

No. 110 Corve Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the 18th century but has earlier origins. The building features painted brick and has a Welsh slate roof at the front, with plain tiles added to the rear in the 20th century. There are two 20th-century brick ridge stacks. The structure is two storeys high and likely has a cellar, with a two-window range. The windows are late 19th-century margin-glazed sashes set in moulded cases beneath segmental arches, and there is a storey band.

On the left side, there is a 20th-century brick arch that leads to a passage at the rear, while to the right, there are two more margin-glazed sashes and another storey band. The right side of the building is constructed of rubble, rendered up to the first floor level, and features a brick-blocked opening with an inserted 20th-century casement window and brick quoins. An 18th-century rainwater head is also present.

At the rear, there is a late 19th-century extension. The passage leading to the rear has rubble on the right side, with a 20th-century door opening inserted. Inside, there is one exposed chamfered ceiling beam. The first floor above the rear archway features a 17th-century box framing with 19th-century casements inserted.
