GV II

House. Early- to mid-C19. Stucco (incised to represent ashlar) probably on coursed limestone rubble, with slate roof, right-hand corner rounded. Basement and 2 storeys. Bracketed eaves and integral brick end stack to right. 2-window front; glazing bar sashes; 3 steps with flanking C20 wrought iron rails up to central 6-panelled door (bottom 2 panels flush) with 3-part rectangular overlight and panelled pilastered-surround with cornice; basement door to right. Included for group value.
