Description

No. 22 Bath Road is a house built around 1840, featuring stucco designed to resemble ashlar stone. It has a hipped slate roof with end stacks and a gable facing the road. The building is two stories tall with a cellar and consists of three bays. Inside, there is a central stair hall flanked by reception rooms, and there is an extension to the right. The central doorway is round-headed and accessed by two steps, featuring a four-panelled door with a decorative fanlight above. The windows are 12-pane margin glazed sashes set in moulded architraves, and the eaves are adorned with paired modillion brackets.
