Description

The entrance gates to the north-east entrance of the Town Gardens date from the late 19th century to the early 20th century and are made of wrought iron. The design includes a pedestrian gate with a lighted overthrow and double vehicular gates, all supported by open box stanchions. The gates feature curled and wavy bars arranged in two tiers.
