Description

No. 64 is a house located on Church Street in Bishop's Castle, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of stuccoed limestone rubble, designed to resemble ashlar, and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a semi-integral brick stack on the left side. The front has two windows with outer glazing bar sashes, and a central door that has five flush panels, with the top two being glazed. The door is framed by a doorcase that includes panelled pilasters, a frieze, and a bracketed cornice-hood. This house is included in the listing for its group value.
