Description

No. 27 High Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a pantile roof with two brick gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a four-bay front. The entrance is an off-centre panelled door with a plain overlight. To the left of the door is a single glazing bar sash window, and to the right are two glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are three smaller windows of a similar style. All openings are topped with ashlar lintels that have flush keystones.
