The building is constructed of squared and coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins, red brick, and features a pantile roof with raised stone coped gables and two brick gable stacks. It has a two-storey, three-bay front with a squared limestone base and brick front and sides. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door, with a canted bay window with a flat roof to the left and a single two-light casement window to the right. On the first floor, there are three two-light casement windows. At the rear, there is a range of coursed limestone rubble with quoins, topped by a catslide roof. The interior retains simply chamfered beams with run-out stops.
