Description

No. 2 Church Street is a house dating from the early 18th century, with alterations made in the late 18th and 19th centuries. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins, and has a stone-coped pantile roof with two gable stacks that have stone plinths and brick shafts. The building is two stories high and has a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a flush panelled door with an overlight, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows that have flat lintels and keystones. On the first floor, there are three smaller glazing bar sash windows.
