Description

No. 2 Rectory Lane is a house built in the early 18th century, with alterations made in the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar dressings and features a concrete tiled roof with a single gable brick stack. The building is two stories tall and has a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a planked door with a blank overlight, flanked by single margin lights. On the first floor, there are three similar windows. All openings are topped with plain ashlar lintels.
