Description

10 Bourne Road is a house located in Colsterworth, dating from the early 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings, and has a concrete tiled roof with a single ridge and two gable brick stacks. It is two storeys high with a garret and has a four-bay front. The entrance is off-centre with a 20th-century door, flanked by two casement windows on the left and a single three-light casement window on the right. On the first floor, there are three similar, shorter windows, all of which have segmental stone heads. Inside, the property retains simply chamfered beams with run-out stops.
