Description
Greystones is a house located on New Yatt Road in North Leigh, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled stone slate roof with brick stacks at the ends. The house has a three-unit plan with a rear outshut. There is a 20th-century door positioned to the right of the center, which is topped by a timber lintel. To the right, there is a late 19th-century bay window, with a flat stone arch above a 20th-century window. To the left, there are late 19th-century two- and three-light casements, also with timber lintels. A sundial is located in the top right corner of the building. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
