Description

No. 45 Church Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It likely dates from the late 17th century but was refaced and had its eaves raised in the early 19th century. The building is timber framed, with painted brick refacing and a slate roof. It consists of one framed bay and stands three storeys tall. The deep eaves and an external brick end stack are located on the right side. The front features one window with glazing bar sashes, and there is a mid-20th century half-glazed door to the left, which has a bracketed hood. Inside, you can find chamfered and stopped beams. This building is included for its group value.
