Description
This building, located at No. 6 Lower Brook Street in Oswestry, is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the late 18th century and has undergone some later additions and alterations. The structure is made of sandstone ashlar and sits on a chamfered plinth. It features a slate hipped roof that is partly hidden by a moulded eaves parapet, with an integral end stack on the left side. The building has two storeys and includes a floor band as well as ground- and first-floor cill bands. The front has two windows with glazing bar sashes. The entrance is located to the right and consists of a six-panel door topped by a rectangular barred overlight, all beneath a moulded wooden hood supported by modillion brackets.
