Description
67 Church Street is a house, now used as offices, built around 1800. It features a sandstone ashlar facade with ashlar dressings at the front, while the rear is constructed of coursed rubble. The building has a slate roof and a double-depth plan, with the main entrance and a long rear wing to the left. A gable chimney stack with a brick cap is located on the right side.
The structure has three storeys above cellars and is arranged in three bays. It includes sill bands beneath the windows on all floors and an eaves cornice topped with a blocking course. The doorway, positioned in the left bay, has a raised plain surround and a simple cornice, with a six-panel door. The windows feature plain reveals and are sashed with glazing bars, displaying 12 panes on the ground and first floors and 9 panes on the second floor. Notably, the central window on the second floor appears to be blind.
