GV II House now offices and dwellings. Dated 1727. Brick; plain tile roof; brick end stack and stack to rear. Central staircase plan. Symmetrical, two storeys, attic and cellar; seven-window range: central 8/8 sash, flanked by 6/6 sashes, all under gauged brick segmental arches; storey band; moulded and modillioned wood eaves-cornice; four C19 gable dormers, with 2/2 sashes and enriched barge-boards and finials. Central six-panel door, with ornamented entablature and moulded pilasters; flanked by 6/6 sashes under gauged brick arches; storey band. Two rainwater heads one embossed H 1727, one RBH 1727.
