Description
No. 14 Broad Street is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped plain tile gable roof, with a brick ridge stack and an additional stack at the rear. The building stands three storeys tall and has a cellar, with a two-window range. The windows are 6/6 sashes set in broad moulded cases above a sill band, and they are topped with gauged brick flat arches that include key blocks. The upper level has similar window arrangements, and there is a moulded stone coping along the parapet. To the right of the building, there is a six-panel door with an overlight, framed simply and sheltered by a moulded flat hood supported by fluted pilasters. Additionally, there is a 10/10 sash window in a beaded case, also under a gauged brick flat arch with a painted key block.
