Description

This house, located approximately 40 metres north-east of The Woodings, dates from the 17th century and was altered in the 20th century. It features a timber-framed structure with painted brick infill, a brick extension, a brick stack, and a slate roof. The house has two framed bays aligned north-east to south-west, facing south-east, with a garage extension on the south-west gable and a stack at the north-east gable end. The entrance is centrally located on the original house. It is a single storey with an attic, featuring two gabled dormers that have 2-light casement windows. There are two pairs of similar windows flanking a central half-glazed door. The framing is fairly complete, consisting of three square panels from the sill to the wall-plate.
