Description

Nash End Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse, now divided into two separate living spaces. The main part of the building is constructed of brick, while a timber-framed wing extends to the north. It has a hipped tiled roof and a cellar. The south-facing facade has a central projection, emphasised by a dentilled eaves cornice. The front has three windows: the outer windows have flat arched heads with pronounced keystones and multi-paned sash windows, while the central window is semi-circular headed, also with keystones and a decorative multi-paned sash. The central doorway is topped with an open pediment supported by Tuscan columns and features a 20th-century six-panelled door.
