Description

Nos 2 and 3 Lulham Cottages are a farmhouse that has been converted into two cottages. The building features sandstone rubble and a timber frame with brick and plaster infill, topped with a roof made of Welsh slate and tile, along with sandstone rubble and brick stacks. It is designed in an L-shape with arms extending to the north-west and south-west, and it stands two storeys high.

On the north-east elevation, there are two late 19th-century casement windows with two lights. The ground floor includes a 6-pane top-vent window to the left of the side stack and a 3-light steel casement window to the right, with a glazed early 20th-century door positioned at the extreme right. The south-west elevation features a pair of gables on the cross-wing at the right-hand side. The timber frame consists of four panels high from the cill to the wall-plate.
