LULHAM Nos 2 and 3 Lulham Cottages

GV II

Farmhouse, now two cottages. Sandstone rubble, timber-frame with brick and plaster infill, Welsh slate and tile roof and sandstone rubble and brick stacks. L-plan with arms to north-west and south-west. Two storeys. North-east elevation has two windows, late C19 casements of two lights, ground floor has 6-pane top-vent window to left of side stack and 3-light steel casement to its right, glazed early C20 door to extreme right. South-west elevation has one pair of gables to cross-wing at right-hand side. Frame is four panels high from cill to wall-plate. (RCHM, Vol I, p 198).
