Description
No 4 Lulham Cottages is a cottage that likely dates from the 18th century, with some alterations made in the late 19th century. It features a sandstone rubble plinth and is constructed with a timber frame that has brick infill, topped with a corrugated iron roof and a central brick ridge stack. The building consists of two structural bays that are roughly aligned north to south and stands two storeys high. There are two windows, which are 2-light casements from the 19th century. The south gable has a gabled brick porch, while the west wall has been rebuilt in brick. The heavy frame consists of three square panels that extend from the plinth to the wall-plate. This cottage is included for its group value.
