Description
Lower Lulham Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a concrete tile roof with brick stacks. The building has a rectangular plan that is roughly aligned north to south and stands two storeys tall. The east elevation is designed with a 1:3 window arrangement, featuring sashes set under gauged brick heads and an eaves cornice. The central entry of the main block includes a gabled canopy, a fan-light, and a six-panelled door.
