Description

This is a late 18th-century house with alterations from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a pantile roof. The house features a plinth, a band at first-floor level, dentilled eaves, coped gables, and single gable and ridge stacks. It has three storeys plus a basement and originally had a three-window front, with the central window blank. The upper floor has matching smaller windows. The ground floor features a blocked central doorway, flanked to the left by a shallow bow window with a cornice and glazing bars, and below that, a three-light stone basement opening. To the right, there is a segmental-headed carriage opening with 20th-century boarded doors.
