The railing and gate located to the left of numbers 26 and 28 on Millgate in Newark on Trent date from the early 19th century. They feature a round-topped stone plinth that supports cast iron spearhead railings with fluted balusters. There is a near-central replacement gate. This structure is included for its group value with the surrounding buildings.
