Description

The Georgian House is a late 18th-century house with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is built of rendered stone with rusticated quoins, a moulded cornice, parapet with coping, and a hipped roof covered in pantiles. There are three brick stacks. The house has three storeys and three bays, featuring sash windows with segmental heads set within decorative architraves with emphasised keystones. Two three-light, flat-roofed canted bays are present on the ground floor, also with sash windows in a similar style, and each has its own cornice. The central entrance features a recessed six-panelled door, a fanlight with radiating glazing bars, and a flat wooden hood supported by two Roman Doric columns and pilasters.
