Description

This is a section of wall located in the grounds of St Marys Cottage, originally part of the forecourt wall of The Court. The wall is made of high squared and coursed rubble and extends for approximately 8 metres along St Marys Street. It terminates in a tall ashlar pier with a pyramidal coping. The western end of the wall connects to the forecourt wall of The Court, which is of a similar style. Due to a recent subdivision of the grounds, the wall is now in two different ownerships. St Marys Cottage itself is not included in this listing.
