Description

The archway to Messrs Gray and Sons Warehouse, located on Wharf Road, dates from the early 19th century and was originally part of Blashfield's Terracotta Works before being re-erected at its current site. It is constructed from coursed stone and features rusticated quoins. The archway consists of a large single arch made of rusticated stone, with a round-headed moulded stone band at the spring of the arch. Additionally, there is a modillion cornice and a small pediment above.
