Warehouse. Mid/late C19. Rock-faced granite ashlar front with plinth, string courses and keyed segmental arches; timber front gable of ashlared boards; other elevations rubble with granite dressings and lintels; dry slate roof and C20 brick stack near front left corner. Deep rectangular plan. 3 storeys plus attic; 4-window, 5-bay front gable end. C20 two-light windows and wider doorway to each floor, on the right with C20 vertically glazed doors. INTERIOR retains original floor and roof structures but otherwise refitted early 1980s.
