Description
This former warehouse, built in the mid-19th century, is a three-storey, three-bay structure located in an irregular terrace. The building features squared and coursed stone walls with droved ashlar dressings. It has an eaves course, raised margins around the openings, and projecting cills. The ground floor includes a segmentally-arched opening that is offset to the left of centre, with two windows to the right and loading doors on both the first and second floors.
The arch has been filled with modern vertically-boarded timber, and there are bars on the ground floor window to the outer right. The roof currently has slates removed, and it is topped with coped rubble apex stacks that have ashlar ends and skews.
