Description

The outbuilding to No 12 St George's Square is an early 19th-century structure. It is two storeys tall and constructed from coursed rubble with a stone slate roof and a stone stack. The building features two blocked windows with segmental arches. This outbuilding is included as part of a group with the Church of St George, Nos 1 to 7 (consecutive), Nos 9 to 12 (consecutive), and Nos 14 to 22 (consecutive). Additionally, it forms a group with Nos 25 and 26 St Mary's Street.
