Description

No. 7 Main Road is a house dating from the early to mid 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with burnt brick headers and features a plain tile roof with a brick gable stack. The gables are coped with plain kneelers. The house is two storeys high and has a chamfered plinth and a brick band at the first floor level. The north elevation has three bays, with a central doorway that has a segmental head and a panel door. On either side of the doorway are 3-light wooden casement windows with a transom, also under segmental heads. The first floor contains two 3-light casements under segmental heads, flanking a similar 2-light window.
