Description

No. 3 Willoughby Road is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with two gable brick stacks.

The exterior consists of three storeys and a three-bay front, highlighted by a moulded eaves cornice. The central entrance has a six-panel door with a plain overlight, framed by a plain pilastered surround that includes squares at the corners and a narrow hood. On either side of the door are single plain sash windows. The first floor has a central narrow sash window flanked by two plain sashes, while the second floor features similar windows that are slightly smaller. All windows are topped with segmental rubbed brick arches.

Inside, the house retains panelled doors and a stick baluster staircase.
